Christina Lee is the Chief Executive Officer for Paradigm 360º Coach Training, LLC. We also learn more about the organizations goal to work with small, medium and large companies who desire organizational change, accountability and high levels of authenticity that promotes employee engagement. ​

Christina Lee has a wealth of experience in corporate, non-profit management, fundraising and development. Prior to leaving corporate America she served as District Director for Junior Achievement of the Bay Area and was responsible for supporting the organization in its annual 3.5-million-dollar operating budget through corporate and individual giving and managed a district advisory board of C-Suite Executives. She’s also skilled in building teams through behavioral management assessment-based trainings, developing over 4500 leaders within a ten-year span.  She is a Prosci Change Management practitioner, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and certified Diversity Equity and Inclusion practitioner.
